IC card intelligent heat meterIt is a combination instrument consisting of a flow sensor, paired temperature sensor, and calculator. The flow sensor converts the impeller rotation signal into an electrical pulse signal, and the calculator records the number of pulses to achieve cumulative measurement of the high-temperature water flowing through it; Measure the temperature of the inlet and outlet water through paired temperature sensors and transmit it to the calculator. The calculator calculates the heat difference, water flow rate, and water flow time based on the temperature at the system inlet and outlet, and can calculate the actual heat consumption of the heating system using an IC card intelligent heat meter.

5、 Installation precautions for IC card intelligent heat meter
◎IC card intelligent heat meterIt is recommended to use hemp rope and lead oil or use actual reports as the main sealant during installation, and not use raw tape;
Before installing the heat meter, clean the HVAC pipes;
The heat meter should be installed horizontally;
The installation location can be pre-set according to the user's requirements;
The direction of water flow in the heating pipeline is consistent with the direction of the water flow arrow marked on the heat meter;
The temperature sensor on the supply and return water pipe should be installed strictly according to the factory manual and sealed with excellent lead;
